What are your contributions to the team?

  • Follow-up and manage due diligence for candidates;
  • Develop and finalize documents required for the integration of new employees;
  • Maintain up-to-date candidate files throughout the recruitment process;
  • Provide HR support to interns and managers, providing advice and facilitating day-to-day management.
  • Work closely with managers, HR business partners and universities to support recruitment initiatives;
  • Conduct telephone interviews with pre-selected candidates, as required;
  • Contribute to the organization of various activities for interns, including internal networking events and happy hours;
  • Represent the company at Bombardier university events;
  • Contribute to the optimization of internship and recruitment processes, in particular during the transition to our candidate management system;
  • Perform analyses on HR data to contribute to strategic decisions.


How to thrive in this role?

  • You are studying for a bachelor’s degree in administration (preferably in human resources).
  • You have a good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (especially in Word and Excel);
  • You are a self-motivated team player with excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in both official languages (English and French);
  • You are thorough and meticulous;
  • You are organized and well structured;
  • You have a positive outlook and an approachable demeanor;
  • You are creative and proactive in problem solving;
  • You are able to maintain strict confidentiality when required.

It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.
