- Follow-up and manage due diligence for candidates;
- Develop and finalize documents required for the integration of new employees;
- Maintain up-to-date candidate files throughout the recruitment process;
- Provide HR support to interns and managers, providing advice and facilitating day-to-day management.
- Work closely with managers, HR business partners and universities to support recruitment initiatives;
- Conduct telephone interviews with pre-selected candidates, as required;
- Contribute to the organization of various activities for interns, including internal networking events and happy hours;
- Represent the company at Bombardier university events;
- Contribute to the optimization of internship and recruitment processes, in particular during the transition to our candidate management system;
- Perform analyses on HR data to contribute to strategic decisions.
- You are studying for a bachelor’s degree in administration (preferably in human resources).
- You have a good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (especially in Word and Excel);
- You are a self-motivated team player with excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in both official languages (English and French);
- You are thorough and meticulous;
- You are organized and well structured;
- You have a positive outlook and an approachable demeanor;
- You are creative and proactive in problem solving;
- You are able to maintain strict confidentiality when required.
