ENERCON is seeking a highly organized, resourceful, and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executive leadership team. This key position plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of executive-level activities by providing high-quality administrative and logistical support. The ideal candidate demonstrates discretion, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
This is a 3-month contract with the possibility of extension and offers a hybrid work model allowing flexibility between working from home and our office.

Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and format reports, presentations, and internal documentation
- Draft and manage professional correspondence, including emails and memos
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion
- Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
- Organize and coordinate meetings: prepare agendas, take minutes and ensure timely follow-up on action items
- Support the planning and logistics of internal and external events, such as conferences, executive off-sites, and corporate functions
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative support role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong redaction, writing, and document review abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French language is an important requirement
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Suite and other common office software
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- High level of professionalism, tact, and discretion
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to manage shifting priorities and adapt in a dynamic environment
- Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative
