Job Summary

We are looking for a versatile, self-sufficient full stack developer to support and maintain a growing suite of tools and systems. This is a generalist role for someone comfortable across the stack and willing to figure things out asneeded. 

You’ll be responsible for the full development cycle of a small-scale proprietary enterprise CRM app — from feature planning to deployment and upkeep — as well as handling DevOps, system maintenance, and occasional Power BI or Microsoft 365 admin work.


Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end the software development life cycle for EVS related apps including but not limited to: 
  1. Planning, Development, Implementation, Testing and Integration, & Maintenance.
  • Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and implement effectivesolutions  Maintain and evolve apps using ReactNext.js, and NestJS
  • Manage GitHub repos, deployments, and .env configuration  Write scripts, optimize PostgreSQL queries
  • Maintain Power BI dashboards and write DAX formulas  Handle basic Microsoft 365 admin tasks
  • Manage environment setup, DevOps tooling, and deployments via HerokuSupabaseDigitalOcean, or otherplatforms
  • Debug, document, and maintain clarity across systems


Requirements

  • Ability to understand business needs and translate them into clear technical requirements, then design and implement appropriate solutions
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript
  • Experience with React / Next.jsPostgreSQL,GitHub  Exposure to Power BI and DAX (or willingness to learn)  Familiarity with Microsoft 365 admin tasks
  • Comfortable with basic DevOps workflows and deployment
  • Able to work independently, document clearly, and troubleshoot across the stack


Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience with SupabaseNestJSserverless functions
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
  • Background working on CRM tools or internal enterprise apps
