Totally Raw is currently looking to hire a Part-Time retail sales associate to work in our retail locations in Halifax and Dartmouth. Primary Responsibilities:
- Customer service, including educating customers on the principles of natural feeding (we train you!). Helping customers choose the best options for their pets.
- Process purchases, payments, and returns.
- Maintain store appearance and cleanliness
- Represent Totally Raw Pet Food’s brand, vision, and high standards of quality products and service
- Available occasional weekdays, evenings and weekends
- Have reliable transportation.
- Must be able to work between our two Retail locations when needed as mentioned above: 362 Lacewood Drive, Halifax, and 50 Akerley Blvd. #112, Dartmouth.
- Previous retail or related customer-facing experience required.
- Team-player who can solve problems and address customers’ questions & concerns.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Basic computer skills e.g., POS.
- Knowledge and experience working in the pet industry are an asset.
