We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic Junior Designer to join our growing team! This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited professional experience to learn and contribute to exciting projects across various platforms. You'll work closely with senior designers and other team members to create visually appealing and effective designs, including content for our social media channels.

Responsibilities:

Assist senior designers in the creation of design concepts and executions.

Develop and refine design assets, including logos, icons, illustrations, and layouts.

Create engaging visual content for our social media channels (e.g., graphics, short videos, animations).

Prepare files for production and ensure they meet technical specifications.

Conduct research on design trends and competitor analysis, particularly in the social media space.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.

Maintain brand consistency across all design materials, including social media.

Manage and organize design files.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

A strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and creativity, including examples of social media content (if available).

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Basic understanding of design principles (typography, color theory, layout).

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

A passion for design, a desire to learn and grow, and a keen interest in social media trends.

Bonus Points:

Interest in or experience with motion graphics or video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).

Experience creating content for specific social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
