Key Responsibilities:
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Coordinate and perform in-place upgrades or fresh installations of Windows 11 on end-user devices.
- Perform pre-upgrade compatibility checks and system readiness assessments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and driver compatibility issues related to the Windows 11 upgrade.
- Back up and restore user data as part of the upgrade process, ensuring data integrity.
- Provide deskside and hands-on support to users during and after the upgrade.
- Document upgrade steps, issues encountered, and resolutions for future reference.
- Collaborate with internal IT teams and stakeholders to meet deployment targets and quality standards.
- Ensure all security and compliance configurations are maintained during the upgrade.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT support or desktop deployment projects.
- Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11 OS, upgrade tools (e.g., SCCM, MDT, Intune), and imaging processes.
- Strong knowledge of device drivers, application compatibility, and Windows update processes.
- Experience working with enterprise environments, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
Must have Skills:- Desktop Deployment technologies / methodologies (SCCM, Intune, MDT)
