Inside sales counter work First point of contact for in person customers, phone sales and directing calls within the company. Order data input and truck scheduling Duties

• Engage with potential customers through various channels, including phone calls and emails, to promote our products and services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Utilize Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities.
• Research market to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
• Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and addressing customer inquiries.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in an inside sales role.
• Experience in the roofing industry. Knowledge of roofing sales.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
• Ability to understand technical products and convey their benefits effectively to customers.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve sales targets and contribute to team success.
• Previous experience in technical sales is advantageous but not required.
