We are looking for an enthusiastic, caring, and collaborative Contract Manager located in Toronto, Ontario who will have the opportunity to work on Gateway project that bring innovative solutions to our client’s challenges across Ontario, Canada.

  • Responsible for contract administration including all contractual communications, instructions, and variations
  • Responsible for assuring contract compliance across the program and ensuring that the program delivery teams understand their contractual obligations
  • Work collaboratively with the Commercial Manager to create and maintain accurate reporting on contract performance
  • Coaching, mentoring, and supporting the career development of GTAA staff.

Here's what you'll need

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in pre and post contract functions in large, international airport projects or equivalent infrastructure programs
  • Working knowledge of Canadian contract laws, preferred
  • Knowledge of building construction, quantity surveying, contracts, procurement, and dispute resolution
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and comfortable coordinating large groups of stakeholders including workshop facilitation
  • Recognized degree in project management, quantity surveying, or another related field.
