Our client, is looking for a Project Manager to support the implementation of an addition to their ERP system. This is a six-month contract opportunity with potential for extension. About The Opportunity
Our client, is looking for a Project Manager to support the implementation of an addition to their ERP system. This is a six-month contract opportunity with potential for extension. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the project
- Manage all aspects of the financial systems implementation project, including project planning, risk management, communication planning, and change management
- Coordinate with diverse stakeholder groups to ensure alignment, resolve competing priorities, and maintain project momentum
- Work with IT and finance teams to ensure seamless integration
- Translate technical terminology for non-technical stakeholders and ensure key deliverables are met on schedule
- Monitor and report on project progress, identify issues, and escalate as needed
The successful candidate will have the following:
- CPA designation is an asset
- Recent and significant experience in financial systems implementation, managing diverse stakeholder groups with competing priorities
- Understanding of AR payment processes, bank reconciliation, and GL reconciliation
- Strong project management skills (e.g., project plan, project charter, change management, communication, risk mitigation, etc.)
