- Valid Red Seal or Saskatchewan Journeyperson Certification in Industrial Mechanics
- 3–5 years of experience in an industrial or mill setting (preferred)

- Ability to pass background and substance testing
- Positive leadership in safety programs
- Proactive approach to equipment diagnostics and recordkeeping
- Experience supporting continuous improvement initiatives
- Stable work history with strong references in industrial environments
