- Operational Support:
- Serve as a qualified remote Practice Manager when required, supporting clinics across Canada.
- Provide tactical and strategic assistance to clinics to optimize their schedules, staffing, and workflows.
- Scheduling Management:
- Maximize clinic productivity by maintaining full schedules, managing cancellations, and identifying booking opportunities.
- Collaborate with clinic teams to ensure effective pre-booking, overdue appointment management, and same-day adjustments.
- Capacity Planning:
- Forecast staffing needs and develop optimized schedules to handle both short-term and long-term demands.
- Assist clinics in addressing labor needs and ensure FTE counts align with operational goals.
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze clinic performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Report findings to senior management and recommend actionable solutions.
- Leadership & Training:
- Work with senior management to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for clinic operations.
- Motivate clinic teams and foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Compliance & Audits:
- Conduct clinic audits to ensure compliance with operating standards and approved policies.
- Support clinics in achieving occupational health and safety requirements.
- Patient Experience & Brand Management:
- Partner with Marketing to drive patient engagement campaigns and maintain strong clinic branding.
- Support clinics in delivering a seamless, patient-focused experience across all touchpoints.
- Supply & Financial Management:
- Optimize inventory management while maintaining budgets and cost efficiency.
- Ensure account receivables are processed promptly, reducing overdue balances.
- 1-3 years of leadership experience, preferably in healthcare, operations, or business management.
- A proven track record of building high-performing teams and improving operational outcomes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinic management software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and drive informed decisions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and lead others.
- A commitment to creating efficient systems that enhance patient and staff experiences.
