Mining Services (Reline) Technician (BC)

Job Purpose

• An entry level casual position for the completion of specialized repair and maintenance tasks in the processing plants of mine sites across Canada

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Equipment Staging and Set-up
• Component Removal and Replacement
• Communication with Team members
• Use of specialized tools and equipment

Required Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds repetitively
• Must be willing to travel domestically
• Problem solving abilities
• Grace under pressure
• Individual initiative
• Must be able to pass a drug test and criminal record check

Preferred Qualifications (not required)

• Safety Certificates
• Driver's license
• Clean driver's abstract
• Mechanical Inclination
• Highschool diploma or equivalent

Working Conditions

• 12 hour shifts (day and night)
• Routine Travel with paid accommodations
