Fonction Générale

Le Gérant Adjoint contribue à la gestion du magasin et à le mener à son succès en développant une équipe qui offre de manière constante une Expérience de vente de Luxe, dépassant les attentes dans tous les aspects des opérations commerciales, à savoir les résultats financiers (objectifs de ventes et de bénéfices), la satisfaction des clients et des associés, la présentation des marchandises, les relations publiques et événements, ainsi que la protection des biens.

PRINCIPALES TÂCHES ET RESPONSABILITÉS

  • S'assurer que la perspective de Commerce de Luxe est bien présentée lors des communications avec les médias.
  • Créer un environnement qui encourage le développement des managers et des associés ; fournir des missions stimulantes et des opportunités de développement managérial.
  • Mener constamment l'activité commerciale au travers de l'analyse des données financières clés, du suivi de l'efficacité des opérations et de identification des tendances & possibilités commerciales. Définir des plans d'action agressifs.
  • Représenter la vision, la mission et les valeurs de Luxottica Retail ; célèbrer les victoires ; mener par l'exemple.

Qualifications De Base

  • Diplome d'études secondaires ou équivalent
  • Solides compétences financières
  • Communication orale et écrite efficace
  • Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles
  • Flexibilité pour travailler à des horaires non traditionnels, y compris les soirées et les week-ends.

Qualifications Souhaitées

  • 5 années et plus d'expérience en gestion au sein de l'industrie de services de luxe.
