The AI Activation and Enablement Lead is responsible for developing and implementing AI-focused solution launch and awareness activities across the firm. Reporting directly to the Workforce Transformation Leader, this role acts as a lead AI influencer within the firm, engaging teams and ensuring behavioral alignment with AI-driven strategies. The AI Activation and Enablement Lead collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI integration and provides enablement training to enhance AI literacy and proficiency of available solutions within the organization. This leader is the principal overseer, designer, and execution lead for solution launch campaigns and ongoing change activities, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning. The role ensures compliance with ethical AI practices and data privacy regulations, manages relationships with external AI vendors and partners, and develops metrics to measure the impact and success of AI initiatives

Meaningful work you'll be part of

As an AI Activation and Enablement Lead at the Senior Manager level, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues, deliver high quality client service and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Develop and implement AI-focused solution launch strategies across the firm

  • Act as a lead AI influencer within the firm, engaging teams and promoting AI adoption

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI integration

  • Provide enablement training to enhance AI literacy within the organization

  • Oversee the design, execution, and impact measurement of AI launch campaigns

  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning

  • Ensure compliance with ethical AI practices and data privacy regulations

  • Manage relationships with external AI vendors and partners

  • Develop metrics to measure the impact and success of AI initiatives

  • Engage with teams to ensure behavioral alignment with AI-driven strategies

Experiences and skills you'll use to solve

  • Experience in AI & technology adoption, consulting, or related fields

  • Bachelor's degree in Behavioural Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field is required and an Advanced degree (MBA, MS) would be a nice to have

  • Relevant certifications in AI and machine learning, Technology Leadership

  • Proven track record of designing AI frameworks and integration strategies

  • Expertise in AI technologies and frameworks

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency in data analysis and AI solutions for business intelligence

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Portfolio management skills and strategic foresight
