Veterinary Assistant- Join Our Caring, Fast-Paced Team!

We are a full service veterinary hospital committed to providing exceptional care for our patients and outstanding service to their owners. Out team thrives on collaboration, empathy and continuous learning.

The ideal candidate must have the following:
  • Successfully graduated from a recognized Veterinary Assistant program and have 2+ years of experience
  • Excellent customer service skills with a high level of professionalism
  • Confidence with handling pets
  • Self-motivated and can easily manage workload by prioritizing and being aware of where your support is required in the moment
  • Remain calm during times of stress
  • Willing to go the extra mile
  • Empowered to make decisions
  • The ability to communicate effectively
  • Someone who enjoys being part of a team and believes in treating others with kindness and respect
Experience working with Avimark would be an asset. We will mentor, teach and provide support in any learning initiatives that you have interest in.

Job Type: Part-time Monday-Friday
