Description

Our Client is seeking a Technical Business Analyst with Microsoft 365 skills.

While this is a remote role, Candidate with be required to work during regular Alberta business hours and within Canada, due to network and data security issues. Must be Canadian Citizen to apply.

Experience Required/Mandatory Skills

• The proposed resource must meet or exceed one of the following: University graduation in business, management or a related discipline and four-year Project Coordinator experience; OR Two-year diploma in business, management or a related discipline and six-year Project Coordinator experience; OR One-year certificate in business, management or a related discipline and seven-year Project Coordinator experience; OR Eight-year Project Coordinator experience

• Experience as a business analyst translating business requirements into detailed technical requirements in an enterprise IT environment. (3+ years)

• Experience as a project coordinator leading technical teams in multiple implementation and execution of information technology projects in a large and complex environment. (3+ years)

• Experience defining project scope and goals in collaboration with business stakeholders. (3+ years)

• Experience in developing integrated system and technical design specifications on complex engagements. (3+ years)

• Experience in gathering requirements from a diverse group of stakeholders across departments. (3+ years)

• Proven experience as a Microsoft 365 specialist with deep expertise in its user-facing apps. Demonstrated ability to work closely with business area clients to build solutions that leverage Microsoft 365 to enhance productivity, collaboration, and business outcomes. (3+ years)

Nice To Have Skills

• Experience in analyzing process maps, descriptions, and data flow diagrams of complex business processes to understand records that are produced. (3+ years)

• Experience in the development of project documents for a wide variety of initiatives and projects (strategic, business improvement, information technology, etc.). (3+ years)

• Experience with IT service management, IT service management applications, IT application development and maintenance projects. (3+ years)

• Experience working on projects with changing priorities, timelines, or requirements. (3+ years)

• Experience working within an agile development environment.

Work Environment 9 months with 1 possible 12-month extension
