Requirements And Technical Skills

  • 10+ years of proven experience as a Senior Salesforce Developer
  • Successful track record delivering projects in similarly sized organizations
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce development tools:
    • Apex
      • Visualforce
      • Lightning Components
      • SOQL

  • Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model
  • Solid experience with Salesforce integration using REST and SOAP APIs


Objectives and Deliverables

  • Develop, test, and deploy high-performance Salesforce solutions
  • Customize Salesforce features including objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules
  • Ensure smooth integration with external systems and platforms
  • Handle data import/export and migration with high standards of data integrity
  • Write scalable, efficient, and well-structured Apex and Lightning code


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and build tailored Salesforce applications
  • Implement system enhancements that support business processes
  • Develop integrations with on-premise and cloud-based systems
  • Manage data operations ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Apply and maintain security rules and access control
  • Continuously optimize system performance through clean code practices

  • Experience in complex, secure IT environments
  • Strong grasp of Salesforce development best practices
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with remote teams
