As a Showcase Assistant Manager you will support your Store Manager in contributing to your store’s success by leading with an unwavering focus on delivering a fun and unique guest experience. Accountable for maximizing sales potential by coaching associates' behaviours on the sales floor, setting expectations and ensuring execution. A focused attention to detail in store operations and preservation of Showcase’s policies and procedures.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Recruit, train, and retain top talent to build a high-performing team
- Lead with passion and energy while delivering expert product knowledge
- Create a fun, interactive atmosphere—complete with live in-store demos
- Coach your team to meet or exceed sales goals and key performance metrics
- Maintain high operational standards across all areas of the store
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through personalized service
- 2+ years of retail management experience
- A strong customer-first mindset and engaging communication style
- Proven ability to inspire and develop top performers
- Strong time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Experience with live product demonstrations is a bonus
