Position Summary
Working from Pritchard Clinic , this position will be responsible for the efficient and effective coordination of client care and will be responsible for the maintenance, organization and filing of client information. This is an in person position Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.

- Greet and screen patients as they check in to clinic
- Provide schedule planning support to health care team
- Assist patients with making, changing, and canceling appointments
- Appropriately schedule staff to ensure continuity of care in the provision of service delivery
- Response to all caller inquiries with efficiency and appropriate urgency
- Update and maintain an electronic client database
- Filing of client charts
- Processing reports
- Preparing charts for new admissions
- Maintaining records of admissions and discharges
- Circulating client charts and maintaining lists of charts in circulation
- Organizing, maintaining, and storing filing boxes
- Completing discharge activities, including data entry of discharge information
- Order and stocking of supplies
- Other Office administrative duties as assigned.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Efficient skills in filing and records management
- Proficiency in computer and data entry skills
- An ability to prioritize, multi-task and deal with competing priorities
- An ability to work independently
- Understanding of medical terminology and patient documentation is preferred
- Previous related experience is preferred
- This is a physically demanding position and requires hand, arm and shoulder dexterity, sensory ability, lifting to a maximum of approximately fifty-five (55) pounds, walking, climbing stairs, standing, bending, reaching, and frequent movement.
