What You'll Do

• Fuel our digital presence - monitor reviews, support social media campaigns, and help manage location visibility across Google, Bing, and Facebook.
• Make events memorable - coordinate logistics for trade shows, schedule promotional campaigns, and ensure a seamless brand experience on site.
• Keep our brand sharp - manage promotional merchandise, assist with creative development, and ensure materials reflect our voice and vision.
• Support the team - maintain internal databases, create forms, post updates on our intranet and website, and handle administrative tasks that keep us running smoothly.
• Collaborate every day - work closely with our Marketing Manager and Social Media Coordinator to make sure everything we say and share reflects Cole’s values.
  
  
  

What You'll Bring

• A diploma in Marketing, Communications, or Business (or equivalent experience)
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects with ease
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Eye for design and detail—you keep things on-brand and on-point
• Familiarity with tools like Google Business, Canva, Animoto, HubSpot, and ClickUp is a plus
