You are:

A transformation maven with the skills to help clients meet the challenges of digitization. Your superpower? Using your know-how to solve clients’ most complex business problems to help their companies do more. You’re as comfortable working in teams and leading technical deliverables for the projects as you are diving into the details of workstreams and Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. And you’re up for traveling to client sites whenever required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the technical delivery for the Oracle HCM Cloud modules: Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Benefits, Compensation and other related modules.

  • Collaborate with HRBPs and functional consultants to understand the business requirements and translate those into scalable technical solutions.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for RICEF (reports, integration, conversion, extensions and fast formulas).

  • Oversee data migration activities including HDL and spreadsheet loader.

  • Design and develop Oracle HCM integrations using the tools like HCM extract, fast formula, BI publisher, OIC and REST/ SOAP APIs.

  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to understand needs and deliver innovative solutions.

  • Provide production support and troubleshoot functional and technical issues.

  • Participate in release management, system upgrades, and patch testing.

  • Work with Oracle support for SRs and enhancement requests.

  • Support integrations with third-party applications (e.g., payroll, benefits, recruiting tools).

  • Create and maintain technical documentation for reports, integrations and fast formulas.


Here’s What You Need:

  • Atleast 6+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Technical roles.

  • Proven experience in full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and support.

  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.

  • Hands-on experience with HCM extract, HDL, Fast Formulas, OTBI, BI Publisher and Oracle Integration Cloud.

  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Prior experience leading and mentoring teams

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Oracle HCM Cloud certification

  • Experience with Fusion Data Intelligence is a big asset

  • Experience developing extensions with VBCS

  • Knowledge of HR data privacy and compliance standards

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time employment, for roles that may be hired in British Columbia as set forth below.
