Participate in design-assist and design-build or pre-construction management activities of the Group and ensure coordination of accurate pricing and estimating activities with applicable team members.
Provide input and management of office and field resource allocation
Direct oversight of project management of work to completion
Be responsible for billing and collection throughout projects

Have the responsibility for oversight and completion of any warranty-related work
Have the responsibility for the roles and business in the tower and commercial projects divisions
On at least a monthly basis, review all projects you are responsible for to ensure that billing/invoicing is timely, accurate, captures all costs incurred, and is meeting the original targeted profits at the outset of the project.
Ensure that all change orders, change directives, and other additional works to Group projects are properly and accurately captured in monthly invoicing processes and updated accordingly in accounting reports.
Build and manage relationships with all sub-trades, suppliers, equipment providers and other parties with respect to Group activities.
Participate in pipeline meetings and labour resource meetings to ensure the positive reputation of the Group with clients (owners, developers, general contractors, construction managers, consultants) and any other stakeholders is maintained and enhanced
Work closely with the Group’s other project managers, project coordinators, layout crews, field staff, superintendents, safety officers (i.e., the Group’s direct resources) to maximize overall performance of the Group.
Work with the President/Principal(s) or any of their designates, the finance/accounting department and any of the other resources of the Company(s) to develop policies, procedures and processes to improve the delivery of services or to resolve problems and issues promptly
Participate in the review and implementation of any software solutions or tools that are put in place for the Group to deliver services to clients and stakeholders
Participate in estimating and pursuit of new work. Including take-offs, managing sub trade & supplier pricing and preparing proposals
Be responsible to ensure that all Group work and activities are supported by appropriate Purchase Orders and Contracts. Ensure that all consultants, sub-trades, suppliers and equipment providers perform work on behalf of the Group under the auspices of appropriate and executed Purchase Orders or Contracts
Maintain good working relations with the Company’s technicians/tradesmen including ensuring to the best of your ability that all work performed by Company’s technicians/tradesmen and subtrades is conducted in a safe manner and compliant with the Company’s safety policies.
Ensure the record-keeping and back-up files for all work and activities are maintained, accessible, and subject to a proper business recovery and retrieval plan
Work with the Principal(s) to establish strategies to develop and grow the Company(s) Refrigeration, Heating, Ventilating, Air Conditioning and Plumbing/Piping business
Responsibility for the management and performance reviews of any Project Coordinator working with your project(s).
