Agilus is recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant - 6 Month Contract in the city of Windsor in Windsor, Ontario.

The Recruitment Coordinator will support high-volume hiring by managing interview scheduling, candidate communication, and administrative tasks.

How You Will Make An Impact

  • Schedule high volumes of interviews across departments and locations
  • Communicate with candidates to provide updates and maintain a positive experience
  • Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Post and manage job listings on various platforms
  • Assist recruiters with interview coordination, feedback collection, and communication
  • Support hiring events and manage candidate flow logistics.
  • Conduct reference checks and assist with background screening.
  • Ensure compliance with hiring policies and confidentiality standards

The Successful Candidate Brings

  • 1+ year of experience in recruiting, HR, or admin support (preferably high-volume)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Able to work well under pressure and handle confidential information professionally
