What You'll Do:

• Engage with homeowners to assess their HVAC needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct in-home consultations, presenting options that enhance comfort and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction from initial contact through post-installation follow-up.
• Collaborate with skilled technicians and support staff to deliver seamless service.
• Stay informed about the latest HVAC technologies and trends to offer cutting-edge solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven sales experience and comfort with a performance-based 100% commission compensation. (1,000/week for first 8 weeks during training)
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• A self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
