PROFILE
As the largest group of its kind in Canada with over a century of experience as a firm, we are committed to excellence in all of the insurance and professional liability work that we do. We work with financial institutions, both large and small, to litigate retail banking matters, commercial lending disputes, broker/dealer liability and civil fraud matters. Our insurance work deals largely with commercial liability, errors and omissions claims, and insurance coverage disputes. In acting for insurers and their insureds, we represent a diverse group of oil and gas companies, design professionals, contractors, sub trades and safety code officers, and defend insureds in complex multi-party litigation, including class actions.
Our award-winning Insurance and Professional Liability Group is looking to welcome a Legal Administrative Assistant to provide support for our Practice Group Leader and Partner, and two Associates who work collaboratively on our matters. If you bring excellent attention to detail, and a genuine interest in this area of law we encourage you to apply.
