What You’ll Like About This Job

Phoenix Energy Services and Rodfather Compression are hiring multiple skilled trades in Grande Prairie, AB, including Journeyman and Apprentice Electricians, Instrumentation Technicians, and Compression Mechanics. These full-time roles support oilfield infrastructure, plant maintenance, and field service work across Alberta, with opportunities to grow alongside a respected employer in the Western Canadian energy sector.

What You'll Need

• Journeyman ticket (for relevant positions)
• Apprentice enrollment for applicable roles
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license with clean abstract
• H2S Alive, CSTS/CSO, First Aid (Instrumentation/Mechanic roles)
• Experience in oil and gas construction or maintenance
• Ability to read P&IDs, electrical schematics, and blueprints
• Familiarity with control panels, compressors, AC/DC systems
• Clean pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
  
  

What Will Make You Stand Out

• Red Seal certification (preferred for Electricians)
• Extensive experience with instrument tubing or gas engine rebuilds
• Strong work ethic, troubleshooting skills, and safe work record
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and travel to remote sites
