What You’ll Like About This Job

This site-based role in Surrey, BC, supports Ledcor’s infrastructure division by ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols across pipeline projects. The Safety Coordinator will deliver orientations, conduct hazard assessments, and implement workplace safety programs. Ideal candidates are experienced safety professionals with CSO, NCSO, or CRSP credentials and strong communication skills.

What You’ll Need

• 5–8 years’ experience in construction or a related industry
• CSO, NCSO, or CRSP certification
• Minimum OFA Level 1
• Valid driver's license with clean abstract
• Ability to work extended hours
• Completion of pre-employment drug & alcohol testing

• Experience in program development, risk assessment, and incident investigation
• Strong ability to communicate across teams and management
