The AI Center of Excellence is looking for a talented Technical Account Managers to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategy, development, and adoption of AI-driven solutions. From 0-to-1 innovation to scaling existing solutions, you will work hands-on with stakeholders, advocate for users, and make data-driven decisions to drive business

impact.

Your Role And Responsibilities

While you won’t execute every task alone, you will own the outcomes and be accountable for ensuring successful execution in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Client Advocacy

  • Engage with stakeholders and end-users to identify pain-points, automation opportunities, and adoption drivers.
  • Advocate for the customer internally to align cross-functional teams.

Drive Requirements

  • Assist in translating user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints into well-defined requirements. Communicate requirements to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Analyze, understand, and align on key technical factors such as volume, latency, data sources as well as quality and accuracy benchmarks.

User-Centred Design

  • Develop and iterate on solution mock-ups, gathering user feedback to refine features and maximize impact to

ensure adoption.

  • Ensure solution effectively address user needs and integrate seamlessly into their workflows.

Ensure on-Time Delivery & Execution

  • Collaborate across engineering, design, and client teams in an agile environment to drive alignment.
  • Assist in identifying and resolving roadblocks and ensure teams stay accountable for delivering.

Own Outcomes

  • Contribute to the successful delivery of AI solutions including adoption.
  • Support the prioritization of the roadmap to maximize impact while ensuring velocity and security.

Preferred Education

Bachelor's Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

  • Related experience in fields such as Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Experience in product management, consulting, business analyst roles or a related field
  • Experience supporting the delivery of solutions/products from 0 to 1 and contributing to their scaling
  • Ability to advocate for clients, effectively translating their needs into requirements
  • Strong collaboration skills, having worked effectively with design and engineering teams
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Git, Aha, or Monday.com
  • Data-driven analytical thinking, with the ability to back decisions and statements with facts and examples
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English and capable of communicating at both technical and non-technical levels
  • Experience working with distributed teams across different time zones
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

  • Exposure to AI/ML technologies and their applications in real-world solutions
  • Basic understanding of the Watsonx product portfolio or similar platforms
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., IBM Cloud, AWS, or Azure)
  • Experience with agile development methodologies
  • Knowledge of user-centered design principles (Enterprise Design Thinking)
  • Consulting experience, preferably in assisting clients with building solutions
  • Startup experience, demonstrating adaptability and problem-solving in fast-paced environments
  • Familiarity with User Experience Research (UXR) or User Experience Design (UXD)
  • Experience using Business Intelligence (BI) tools or basic data analysis techniques
