We're seeking a Contract Technical Product Manager to help deliver tailored solutions that

bring our customers’ business processes to life. You’ll guide work from initial requirements

through to launch—ensuring each customer’s unique needs are translated into effective,

end-to-end product experiences.

This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role that bridges customer needs with product and

engineering execution. You’ll take ownership of requirements defined in customer Statements of

Work (SOWs), from scope clarification and kickoff through to agile delivery, testing, and

post-launch stabilization.

You’ll work closely with engineering, QA, program management, and implementation teams to

ensure every customer experience is well-executed and aligned with our platform vision.

You’ll work in close partnership with engineering throughout the delivery lifecycle—helping to

shape solutions, clarify requirements, and ensure alignment between customer needs and

technical execution. This includes contributing to sprint planning, documenting complex

workflows, identifying edge cases, and supporting testing and validation. Your ability to connect

business context with technical detail will be critical to driving successful outcomes.

What you’ll do

  • Lead the analysis and internal alignment on signed SOWs with Sales and Delivery
  • Coordinate project setup with product, engineering, and PMO stakeholders
  • Participate in customer kickoff meetings to refine workflows and finalize requirements
  • Translate customer needs into clear, agile-ready product specs and delivery plans
  • Manage development timelines and delivery expectations based on the agreed scope
  • Collaborate with QA and engineers to validate functionality and ensure high quality
  • Track and report on progress, risks, and blockers to both internal and external

stakeholders

  • Support 1–2 months of post-launch stabilization and issue resolution

What you bring

  • 5+ years in technical product management, solution delivery, or customer

implementation roles

  • Strong technical fluency—comfortable collaborating with engineers, clarifying

requirements, and supporting delivery of complex workflows

  • Experience working with agile teams and managing SOW-driven delivery in a SaaS

environment

  • Excellent communication skills with a clear, concise style and ability to manage customer

expectations

  • Ability to align delivery execution with broader platform architecture and product vision
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and strong organizational skills

Nice to have

  • Background in telecom, BSS/OSS platforms, or order-to-activation systems
  • Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Postman, OpenAPI/Swagger
  • Understanding of provisioning, billing, and service fulfillment workflows
