Paralegal (Commercial Lending) | 5+ Years | Vancouver

Our client, a prominent regional law firm in downtown Vancouver, is seeking a full-time Intermediate Commercial Lending Paralegal with strong experience and educational background to join their dynamic team. The role involves reviewing instructions from the lender, communicating with both borrowers and lenders, conducting due diligence searches, and drafting and revising security documentation.

The ideal candidate will have at least five years’ experience in commercial lending, a solid understanding of the Personal Property Security Act, and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills are required for this role.
