THE ROLE
The Golf Course Marshall patrols the golf course by motorized vehicle or by foot. They maintain flow of play by monitoring group speed and assisting players, as required. They ensure players are equipped and are following club regulations such as dress code and group maximums. They record and report incidents or issues to the supervisor and empty garbage containers on course.
Qualifications Needed
Education, Certifications and Licenses
High school diploma AND some years’ experience in a related field
A valid driver’s license (ON)
Experience
Current CPR and Basic First Aid qualifications
In working in a similar environment, an asset
Competencies
Client focus, organizational knowledge, communication, innovation, teamwork and leadership.
Language Requirements
English Essential, Bilingual (English and French) an asset

This is an on-site position with an assigned work location.
This Category I unionized position is open to all interested parties. Preference will be granted in accordance with the Collective Agreement for the PSAC bargaining unit for NPF Category I employees at CFB Kingston.
Perform moderate lifting, carrying, pulling and/or pushing (i.e. more than 10 lbs/4.5 kg but less than 50 lbs/23 kg).
This is a seasonal position with an anticipated term of May – October.
