You’re the missing piece of the puzzle
- Required to reside in Vancouver or Lower Mainland
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing multiple locations and/or multi-department teams
- Recognized for your track record of leading and developing engaged teams
- Strong judgement, problem solving skills, and the ability to make difficult decisions
- Passionate about best-in-class customer experiences
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Confident in understanding the business needs & making decisions to increase performance
- Praised for cultivating relationships with your teams, peers & stakeholders
- Valid driver's license, vehicle, and ability for frequent travel
- Being surrounded by a group of supportive peers that want to celebrate wins, and continuously learn from you and each other
