Your Missions :

General Labourer

Responsibilities:

Strategy & Policy Definition

  • Execute all warehousing standard operating procedures (SOP) in line with GDP.

Inventory Management & Procurement

  • Perform cycle counting and regular inventory checks. Report any inventory gaps and damages to team leader.

Supply Planning

  • Acknowledge delivery products in the system. Alert management if data collected are discrepant. Is aware of main KPIs and results of the team.

Internal Customer Relationships

  • Ensure products are available at the right time with high level of quality to deliver direct customers or internal customers (affiliates).

Receiving / Picking & Packing / Shipping & Transport Plan

  • Welcome and guide the truck driver and check his/her references.
  • Unload the truck and controls the quantity and quality of product vs.the delivery note; report to team lead any variance or issue.
  • Prepare orders for shipping based on planning of the Campus Supply Chain Manager: take out the picking document from the system, pick & check pallets and carry them in the preparation area.
  • Pack the orders following packing slip and validate it in the system.
  • Based on the packing slip, pick prepared pallets and load the truck.
  • Sign off the required documentation and validate in the system that the products have been shipped.
  • May drive a truck to carry products coming out of the plant to their next destination and is responsible for the products in transit in order to deliver them in due time, respecting quality and safety standards.

Quality, Continuous Improvement & Compliance

  • Execute all warehousing standard operating procedures (SOP) in line with GDP.

Other production labour as assigned.

Requirements:

About You

You have a secondary school diploma

You are physically able to lift up to 50lbs

You see the glass as half full and posess a can-do attitude

You have exceptional english communication skills and will communicate well with your team and Manager

You are passionate about on time delivery and providing great customer service

You are computer literate with the ability to learn the JD Edwards ERP system
