Data Analysis / Customer Intelligence / Power BI / SQL / Python iA Financial Group is constantly striving to improve its customer experience, particularly by initiating significant digital changes, including the creation of a unique customer experience leading to a 360° customer view. Our team is responsible, among other things, for creating the 360° customer analytics view, deploying KPIs, and customer intelligence. We are currently looking for a Senior Analyst – Customer Intelligence to join this team! Do you have a creative profile and, above all, are you passionate about customer intelligence and its data? Your mission: As a member of an innovative and agile team, you will be tasked with unlocking the full potential of customer data by leveraging the 360° view. Drawing on your analytical expertise and strategic vision, you will be at the heart of identifying high-value opportunities. Using tools such as segmentation and predictive models, you will translate data into actionable insights, while adopting a critical and pragmatic approach aligned with business objectives. Main responsibilities: Explore customer data to identify strategic opportunities aligned with business objectives. Provide advanced analytics based on results from tools such as segmentation, predictive models, etc. to target key segments and growth opportunities. Provide informed and critical recommendations to guide business strategies, while taking into account operational constraints. Develop and optimize data pipelines to provide clear and actionable visualizations via tools such as Power BI. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to transform insights into concrete, measurable actions. Design strategic dashboards that highlight critical performance indicators and emerging opportunities. Identify and prioritize initiatives that will have a direct impact on business results and the customer experience. Provide consultative support to our Growth Center teams to maximize the use of data in strategic projects. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, accounting, or administration, or equivalent experience. Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis in the financial and insurance sector. Proactive, curious, rigorous, politically acumen, team player, and excellent communication skills. Proven ability to analyze, organize, and prioritize in complex environments. Proficiency with tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI, and Databricks (an asset). Fluency in French and an intermediate level of knowledge of English since the person will have to attend training courses, communicate and explain complex issues with stakeholders as well as make presentations on a weekly to monthly basis.
