At the heart of our organisation, the Transformation Team leads strategic initiatives that enhance how we work, adapt to evolving markets, and implement cutting-edge technologies. As a Graduate Trainee, you’ll gain hands-on experience across key areas of transformation through a structured rotational program.
This role is based onsite at our Halifax office. We find that working together in the office increases collaboration and engagement, and also supports your development too.

What You’ll Experience…

Project Management
- Support the planning and delivery of exciting projects
- Track progress and help ensure key milestones are achieved
- Contribute to meetings and project documentation
- Work towards a professional qualification in project management (MSP)
- Conduct research and analysis to support transformation initiatives
- Help gather and document business requirements
- Collaborate with teams to improve processes and drive change
- Maintain project records and documentation
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations
- Ensure projects align with best practices and standards

- A degree in business or relevant experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Great communication and collaboration skills
- A proactive mindset and eagerness to take on new challenges
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Confidence using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
