As the Chief Strategy and Solutions Officer (CSSO), you will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and be a key member of the Executive Leadership Team. You will champion the alignment of strategic initiatives across core departments—Marketing, Technology, Human Resources, Facilities, and Project Management. As CSSO, You Will Lead By Example And
- Translate vision into action by fostering cross-functional collaboration and leading high-impact projects.
- Guide and support innovation, business case development, and organizational transformation.
- Oversee and coach a team of functional senior leaders.
- Represent WCU with external partners and stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor to the CEO.
- Model and cultivate a high-performance, people-centered culture rooted in purpose, community impact, and continuous improvement.

- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Commerce, or related field.
- 9–12 years of progressive leadership experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a senior management or executive role.
- Proven ability to develop, lead, and execute corporate strategy and drive transformational initiatives.
- Demonstrated excellence in leading cross-functional teams and managing organization-wide operations.
- Outstanding communication, relationship-building, and Change leadership skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Knowledge of financial services or the credit union system is a strong asset.
