Reporting to the Manager, Budget and Financial Planning, the Budget and Financial Planning Technician will provide administrative support to the Budget and Financial Planning business unit, including the manager and senior accountants.
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week; Monday to Friday.

- Maintaining calendars, scheduling meetings, and managing correspondence.
- Managing and maintaining confidential information and files related to budgeting and financial matters.
- Assisting with the preparation of various budget documents and business plans by department.
- SharePoint site administrator.
- Assisting with the development and implementation of new budgeting policies and procedures.
- Conducting research and providing recommendations to the budget services team on best practices and new technologies to streamline budgeting processes.
- Providing customer service support to internal and external stakeholders including responding to inquiries and resolving issues related to budgeting and business planning processes and procedures.
Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week; Monday to Friday.
