We’re at a pivotal moment. With current annual revenue near $9M, we have a clear path and bold ambition to grow to $20M over the next three years. To make that happen, we’re looking for a Head of Sales to lead the charge.

The Opportunity

As our first-ever Head of Sales, you’ll be the architect and driver of CopperTree’s next phase of growth. This is a rare opportunity to build a high-performance sales engine while remaining hands-on with key accounts.

You’ll act as a player-coach, helping close major deals while mentoring a capable team and formalizing repeatable, scalable sales processes. Your leadership will directly influence how we grow, what markets we serve, and how we define success over the next decade.
