Job Details
Position Overview The Director of FP&A will own budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and financial reporting processes for the organization. Working directly with the executive team and department heads, the Director will support data-driven decisions utilizing strong financial modeling and forecasting skills along with the ability to translate complex data into consumable insights.

Job Details
Position Overview The Director of FP&A will own budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and financial reporting processes for the organization. Working directly with the executive team and department heads, the Director will support data-driven decisions utilizing strong financial modeling and forecasting skills along with the ability to translate complex data into consumable insights.
Day to Day Responsibilities
- Own the budgeting & forecasting process
- Create multi-entity financial plans
- Lead financial report preparation
- Work closely with accounting on month-end close, journal entries, and variance analysis
- Build complex financial models to support strategic planning, M&A opportunity analysis, and decision making
- Work with executive team on financial reports to highlight trends, opportunities, and risks
- FP&A support to department heads
- Discover opportunities to improve EBITDA
- Continuously assess processes and implement improvements
- Translate complex data into highly consumable concepts
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years finance experience
- PE-Backed company experience
- Multi-location healthcare organization experience
- Budgeting & Forecasting
- Financial modeling
- MBA
- CPA
- M&A back end integrations
