We are seeking an enthusiastic, driven and results-oriented Account Executive who will sell, lead, teach and inspire their team. The Account Executive will work closely with their distributors and the North American sales team.

Working Hours: 9:00am -6:00pm from Monday to Friday

Compensation: CAN$65-70,000 per year + Incentives (Base salary depending on experience)

Responsibilities
- Evaluates/analyzes marketing options, future trends & ways to capitalize on these trends. Makes recommendations in terms of the appropriate business approach;
- Establishes and maintains relationships with key prospects including end users;
- Conducts regular sales calls and reporting activities on all assigned accounts;
- Responsible for all aspects of account business, budget planning by collecting forecasts, and coordination of sales activities;
- Responsible for each contract starting from receiving an inquiry from customers, negotiating the terms and conditions with suppliers, calculating an offer to customers, negotiating all conditions with logistics, inspection and other related service companies, negotiating contracts with customers, and confirming and executing contracts;
- Ensures customer orders are handled accurately and on time;
- Addresses all claims, complaints and suggests corrective actions;
- Assists in the development of solutions and strategies to address industry issues and requirements;
- Implements or aids in implementation of new services and service enhancements to new and existing customers;
- Takes the lead in analyzing and formulating an appropriate response to customer's needs;
- Uses strong oral and written skills to explain complicated technical information to clients;
- Demonstrate products on site or at showroom;
- Issuing Invoice and creating quote and order form, Process order of products from customers
- Preferable fluent in English (Business level) and other languages.(Chinese, Japanese, or Korean)
- Min 2-3 years of B2B sales experience
- Excellent customer service skill
- Must be a team player with strong organizational, leadership, communication (oral & written) and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel for job related activities
- Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license
