We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative for a growing organization in the technology and AV solutions sector. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, high-energy environment and enjoys juggling sales coordination, quoting, and lead generation activities. You’ll play a key role in supporting the broader sales team while also contributing directly to business development efforts.



What You'll Be Doing

  • Act as a bridge between internal departments—including technical, design, and project teams—to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold outreach, event participation, and relationship-building
  • Support account growth by maintaining communication with existing clients and exploring upsell opportunities
  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales quotes and assist with formal proposal submissions
  • Take ownership of RFPs, RFQs, and tender responses, coordinating across teams and vendor partners as needed
  • Respond to client questions and requests promptly—typically within 24 hours
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with third-party vendors
  • Occasionally meet clients on-site
  • Ensure all interactions, opportunities, and documents are tracked effectively using CRM software
  • Provide ongoing support to senior sales representatives and leadership with quoting and pipeline updates


What We're Looking For

  • At least 1 year of B2B sales or inside sales experience
  • Strong initiative and the ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and follow-through skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools and comfortable navigating Windows systems
  • Experience using CRM and quoting platforms
  • Familiarity with the Audio Visual (AV) industry is a strong asset, but not mandatory
