PACE Canada Aerospace and IT Inc., a PACE Aerospace & IT GmbH company, based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, is seeking a proactive and versatile Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for all HR, office administration, employee support activities and travel management in our Canadian office.
This key role allows you to leverage your expertise to drive the success and growth of our organization. You will be responsible for maintaining HR policies, enhancing the employee experience, and serving as a trusted advisor on all people-related matters.

Your Responsibilities
Human Resources
- Primary point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related matters, providing professional support and guidance
- Maintain the company handbook, HR policies, HR data, and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices
- Manage employment contracts (offer letters, contract changes, terminations) with the support of a legal advisor
- Support recruitment efforts (job postings, interview coordination, hiring processes)
- Handle onboarding and offboarding (badging, paperwork, exit processes)
- Ensure compliance with Canadian labour laws, working closely with legal advisors
- Assist with work visa sponsorships and immigration support.
- Oversee office operations (mail handling, meeting coordination, guest management)
- Manage business travel and travel expense reporting
- Organize company events and meetings.
- Proven experience in HR and office management
- Ability to support the implementation of HR policies and procedures
- A service-oriented mindset with a friendly, approachable, and supportive attitude
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work style
- Fluency in English and French, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
