Summary

We are seeking a Junior Office Administrator who will support and coordinate administrative and office operations at our Canada R&D office. This role is essential to maintaining a smooth, organized, and collaborative workplace environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to grow with the team.


Responsibilities

  • HR & On-boarding Support : Assist with interview scheduling, new hire onboarding, and employee document preparation.
  • Office Operations : Manage office supplies, organize common areas, and help maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Event & Culture Support : Assist with team events and internal communication, including vendor coordination and expense handling.
  • Basic IT & Asset Support : Help resolve IT issues and manage office equipment and asset records.
  • Administrative Coordination : Collaborate with HQ (Korea) on shared administrative and HR-related tasks.
  • Perform other general administrative duties as assigned.


Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a related field
  • Must have strong communication skills
  • Basic understanding of HR or IT operations
  • Familiarity with office equipment and basic troubleshooting (e.g., printers, video conferencing tools)
  • Proficiency in both English and Korean (spoken and written), Native or Fluent in Korean proficiency is a plus
  • Eligible to work in Canada without sponsorship
