As a co-op on our engineering team, you’ll play a hands-on role in building features and tools that make product management smarter, more collaborative, and more effective. We’re looking for a passionate and motivated software engineering student who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is eager to learn and grow with us.
Joining a small team means you'll learn and do more in 4 months with us than you will in 1 year in a full-time role elsewhere (promise).

- Design, develop, and deploy features across the full stack (front-end, back-end, and everything in between).
- Collaborate with the founding team to understand requirements and build solutions that deliver value for our customers
- Improve and optimize existing features, ensuring a seamless and efficient user experience.
- Contribute to code reviews and help maintain high engineering standards.
- Tackle challenging technical problems that align with your skills and interests.
- Enhancing our roadmap planning interface for better usability and visualization.
- Building integrations with popular productivity and collaboration tools like Jira, Slack, or Notion.
- Developing advanced analytics dashboards to help users make data-driven decisions.
- Improving the real-time collaboration features within our platform.
Programming Languages
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript
- Front-end: Knowledge of React/HTML/CSS
- Back-end: Familiarity with Node.js, Bun, or another back-end framework.
- Experience with SQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).
- Understanding of RESTful APIs
- Proficiency in Git and platforms like GitHub
