Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of multiple enterprise-level projects, including a major ERP implementation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and is passionate about enabling project success through coordination, communication, and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  • Support project managers in planning, executing, and closing projects across various business units
  • Oversee project administration including receiving and processing of invoices and expenses, coordinating flights, and organizing meetings
  • Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
  • Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment, and information
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of project documentation including charters, plans, status reports, and risk logs
  • Track project tasks, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring alignment with project goals and milestones
  • Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders
  • Maintain project management tools and dashboards (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Expense Reports or similar)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, IT, Finance, HR, and external vendors
  • Support change management and communication activities related to ERP and other enterprise projects
  • Both help develop and ensure compliance with internal project governance and documentation standards
  • While the primary focus is on project coordination, the role may also involve supporting activities typically associated with Project Management, Business Analysis, Change Management, and other project-related functions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in a project coordination role, or 8+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a large corporate environment
  • Experience supporting ERP projects (e.g., Syspro, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) is a strong asset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
  • CAPM/PMP certification or working toward certification is an asset

$85,000 - $92,500 a year
