What We're Looking For

A Senior Performance Media Specialist passionate about digital marketing, with advanced expertise in Programmatic (DV360 or other DSPs), and a solid understanding of SEM (Google Ads, Search Ads 360) and Paid Social (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).

You will play a key role in the strategic development of key accounts while supporting the team in optimizing multichannel campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Build advanced Programmatic strategies tailored to client business objectives (primarily using DV360 or other DSPs);
  • Contribute to cross-channel performance strategies, incorporating SEM and Paid Social as needed;
  • Collaborate closely with campaign managers to ensure flawless campaign execution;
  • Indirectly oversee a team of media specialists and campaign managers;
  • Ensure proper account setup: campaign structure, audiences, naming conventions, and tracking;
  • Lead ongoing optimization efforts based on KPIs (ROAS, CPA, qualified traffic, lead generation, etc.);
  • Produce clear, actionable insights to inform strategic decisions and client recommendations;
  • Participate in client performance reviews and facilitate optimization workshops;
  • Develop and automate client reporting (KPI tracking, objectives, revenue, and other key initiatives);
  • Stay current on Programmatic, SEM, and Paid Social trends, tools, and best practices—and share learnings with the team.

Qualifications

  • At least 4 years of experience in digital performance marketing, with advanced expertise in Programmatic;
  • Mastery of DV360 or similar DSPs—certifications are a plus;
  • Solid knowledge of SEM platforms like Google Ads and Search Ads 360;
  • Experience with ad servers (e.g., Campaign Manager 360);
  • Understanding of Paid Social (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads);
  • Experience with large-scale eCommerce or lead generation accounts;
  • Comfortable using analytics tools (GA4, Adobe Analytics);
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, advanced formulas);
  • Bilingual (French and English), both written and spoken;
  • Basic understanding of DMPs is a bonus.
