What you will do:

As an Account Executive (AE) you are experienced and dedicated with impressive customer relational skills and a real passion for technology. The Account Executive has an appreciation for how new cloud technology can improve business practices and is excited in providing innovative business solutions. The perfect AE must be dedicated in growing the business and facilitating smooth communications and collaborations between key customers and our internal technical solutions staff members. The AE is responsible for the full sales cycle, including generating, managing and closing sales to consistently achieve sales quotas.

Your main duties will include:

  • Engaging multiple customers on a daily basis and ensuring that a high level of customer relationships, retention and satisfaction is maintained
  • Managing the sales cycle end to end
  • Actively selling products and solutions
  • Growing our existing customer base and proactively pursuing new accounts
  • Meeting monthly sales objectives and quotas
  • Collaborating with internal departments to ensure successful on-boarding of services
  • Networking and building relationships with company decision makers
  • Maintaining customer loyalty and building longer-term partnerships
  • Utilizing Dynamics CRM to record changes to customer accounts, update service packages and track developments.
  • Participating in daily/weekly sales meetings to gain valuable feedback


We would love to hear from you if you have:

  • Minimum of a Business Degree or relevant education
  • 3 years professional experience in sales role and primarily client facing
  • Prior experience in HubSpot, Salesforce or Dynamics CRM software or similar
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and relational skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Leadership and decision-making abilities
  • Professional business acumen and deep understanding of business sales processes
  • Proven track record in sale growth
