Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Bilingual User Experience Designer based in Montreal, QC, with some work-from-home flexibility. The User Experience Designer will be responsible, from our Montreal office, for developing UX designs, conducting user research, creating prototypes, and ensuring a cohesive visual design. Daily tasks include collaborating with design and development teams, iterating on user feedback, and refining design elements to enhance user experience.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English & French is a must
• Proficiency in Design Thinking and User Research
• Skills in User Experience (UX) and Prototyping
• Strong Visual Design capabilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Experience with digital design tools and software
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
