Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing and maintaining a professional standard of service to our internal and external customers by responding to inquiries in a courteous and helpful manner. He or she will assist the customers in determining their professional needs when receiving or placing telephone calls.

Essential Functions
- Provide impeccable customer service and sales support; respond to customer queries, answer questions and solve problems in a timely fashion.
- Identify customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products and/or solutions.
- Upgrades telephone orders.
- Introduces and promotes new products during calls.
- Researches and resolves customer problems relating to the merchandise department under guidance of lead customer service representative.
- Participates in and supports campaigns/promotions sponsored by the Marketing Department, Region and/or Branch.
- Maintain a current knowledge of company products, policies and procedures
- Develop strong working relationships across the business/functions, as well as with customers and manufacturing partners.
- Communicate any pertinent information received from customers to the outside sales representative or appropriate management.
- The Customer Service Representative may perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or any other relevant experience.
- Previous customer service experience is required, along with excellent verbal/phone communication and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times.
- Mastering the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of the dental industry is an asset.
- Knowledge of SAP is an asset.
