We are seeking a motivated AI Engineer with 1-2 years of experience to join our innovative team. In this role, you will build, deploy, and optimize AI solutions using cutting-edge technologies and frameworks. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop AI-powered features that enhance our product offerings and deliver exceptional value.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI solutions using the LangChain stack, Python, and Hugging Face
- Research, evaluate, and integrate various LLMs to identify optimal solutions for specific use cases
- Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems to enhance knowledge retrieval capabilities
- Work with vector databases to store, index, and efficiently retrieve embeddings for semantic search
- Create effective prompt engineering strategies to improve model performance and output quality
- Build and maintain AI agents that can autonomously perform complex tasks
- Collaborate with software engineers, and project managers to integrate AI capabilities into our products
- Document technical processes, architectures, and implementation details
- Stay current with the latest advancements in AI and ML technologies
- Debug and troubleshoot AI systems to ensure reliable performance
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing
- 1-2 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering or related field
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML libraries and frameworks
- Experience with the LangChain ecosystem for building LLM-powered applications
- Hands-on experience working with Hugging Face models and tools
- Practical knowledge of implementing and optimizing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems
- Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Chroma)
- Demonstrated skill in prompt engineering to effectively control and optimize LLM outputs
- Experience experimenting with and implementing various LLMs (e.g., GPT models, Claude, Llama, Mistral)
- Understanding of AI agent architectures and implementation approaches
- Solid grasp of software development fundamentals (version control, testing, CI/CD)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related technical field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Advanced knowledge of vector database optimization and scaling strategies
- Familiarity with container technologies like Docker
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)
- Experience with orchestration tools for AI workflows
- Experience in fine-tuning or adapting foundation models
